Is Winter Apparel Cross-Faction?

What it says on the tin. I bought a couple Romulan sweaters and scarves as my Romulan toon for my Federation toons, but now that I'm thinking about it, I wonder if the Feddies can even wear them once the box is opened. Thoughts?

    Most winter apparel is cross-faction. The exceptions are the scarves, and the faction-specific sweaters. So, to answer your question, Federation characters cannot wear Romulan-specific items.
