Promo code for Duty Officers

Hey everyone. I got a code from BrightLocker for a pack of Duty Officers. Added the code to my account, and it said I would be able to claim them after I finished the tutorial. So, my question is, where/how do I claim them? I searched high and low at the station in the Sol System, and couldn't find them. No in-game mail, and no announcements or pop-ups telling me I had access to them or whatever. Anyone know where I can get my hands on them? Thanks in advance!

    Most likely, they will be in the Promotions tab in the CStore.

    You need to be lvl 11to claim DOff packs.

    Also, if you are Romulan (which you are not, but someone else who may have a similar problem I can help them too) you need to be lvl 11 AND have picked to ally with either the Federation or the Klingon Empire.

    Usually with promotions like this, it is a one and done type deal. So make sure you use it on the character that you want to have them.

    Although, most times these DOffs are not character bound, so you could mail them to other alts in the same faction if you wanted.

    Doff packs are character bound to whichever toon claims them from the promo tab

    Ok, I found the pack, but it says I am restricted from claiming it. My main is lvl 6 and I have a lvl 5 alt. Main is Starfleet, and the alt is TOS. Is there a level restriction on these? Oddly, I was able to claim 2 tribble items...

    Ahhhh... Makes sense. Thank you for the heads-up! Now to go grind some levels... lol Are these packs account-usable, or limited to whichever character claims them?

    Gotcha. Thanks again! This game has quite the learning curve, I see. Thankfully, the community seems to be very helpful, or at least incredibly tolerant of noobs such as myself. LOL
