Kobali prime can not level past act 1

Don't whats going on here? but I have played Act1 three times in a row and it wont register that I have played it.So it wont let me play Act 2 or 3 ? What I am doing wrong here ?

    Yup its screwed here ! just tried 4 times in a row and im done! keeps repeating act 1 over and over and wont display act 2 ot 3 but says i have already played act ! but wont register that fact at the same time ? na na time to quit !!!!!!

    Did you hand in the overall act 1 mission after doing the final missions and handing that in?
    It could be to do with the time war mission line that messes with the access to other things, its best to get those out of the way.
