Bought ZEN through steam to get Dilithium

in C-Store, ZEN, and Promotions
I bought ZEN through steam to turn into Dilithium for the upgrade weekend, this ends tomorrow at 10AM, and the game won't let me convert it due to "Recent purchases." Is there any way I can get this process expedited? I read online that it may take a few days.

    Yep, it takes a few days.

    It's best to buy directly from the Arc site if you do not want to deal with delays from Steam.

    that a rip off my friend as the same issue, i always buy from steam and am never locked out

    the part I have a problem with...is that they apparently are unwilling to inform the affected customer on how long the probation period is. thats a bad business practice.


    I too got caught in the steam trap, and have raised a support ticket, and got the usual canned, scripted response.

    its a computer program. not a god. there's an override.

    as james t kirk asked...'what does god need with a starship?'
