the amount of fleet credits you get for Contributions need some changes

you get 50 FC for donating 1 fleet mark which you can get a TRIBBLE of them in no timeand no cap and how much you can get in a day and it is also ONLY used to contribute to the upgrading to the fleet holdings and you only get 1 FC per 1 dilitium which is allot harder to get as you can only refine 8000 per day providing you have it to refine and is used in multiple ways like buying items upgrading gear and making items from the reputation?
80% of the time fleet project are stalled at only needing dilithium to start the upgrade process it seems to me that more people find it harder to part with the dilithium to contribute to the fleet when the reward is so low when you you can do 1 pve and get 50 fleet marks in 10 mins (with no limit per day) and get 2500 FC for when you would need to contribute 2500 dilithium (about 1/3 of your daily limit) to get them same amount of FC.
imo that should be reversed were you get 50 FC for 1 dilitium and 1 FC for 1 fleet mark at least more people would be willing to donate dilithium to fleet projects?
