Star Trek Moving Forward

nemesisvalkyrienemesisvalkyrie Member Posts: 2 Arc User
Seeing as Star Trek Discovery has got many mixed reviews, we have constructed a survey to ask the fans what they would like to see in a Star Trek TV show. Because we want to know what you think. We are hoping that enough people aid us so we can give the fans what they want, a TV show built by them for them. Thank you for your participation.

Yes because CBS will listen to the fans.

Thank the gods they don't or the incessant whining will have forced them to pack up and go home by now.

Norway and Yeager dammit... I still want my Typhoon and Jupiter though.
JJ Trek The Kelvin Timeline is just Trek and it's fully canon... get over it. But I still prefer TAR.

Unless this survey is CBS. :o

Nah. Not corporate enough. No mention of the word synergy.

A new ship design for a new galaxy class dreadnought it is slightly bigger then the other dreadnought but has the ability to use the ablative armour generator and five forward weapons and five aft weapons and a cloaking device also has two hanger bays. Also can saucer separation.

Not really no. I'm incandescently rude, not an incessant whiner. That's the sort of folks who use JJ's name as an adjective.

Sure sounds like Trek is already moving forward, as both Alex Kurtzman and Les "I'm So Evil" Moonves are strongly implying Discovery will continue into future seasons.

So, mission accomplished! Good job, team!

I wonder if they'll end this war type scenario. Something to temper the incongruous name of the titular ship.

It's my understanding from all I've read/heard is that the first season is the war arc. Future seasons wouldn't be dealing with it.

I wonder what that means for Lorca. He's not the sort of guy I could see in a blue (well, silver) shirt.

As it stands, now, I think they're setting up Saru to turn on Lorca, and he and Burnham will attempt to take Lorca down.

I don't necessarily subscribe to the "Discovery is Section 31" theory, but if that is true, Lorca going rogue and being a menace to the crew (namely, Burnham & Saru) could be interesting.

Only a small section of the crew are black badges from what we've seen. Lorca even says there's too many silvershirts (not an exact quote) so I don't think it'd just be Burnham and Saru against Lorca.

From the looks of things next week will be Lorca centric. I hope there's more to him than genetic extremist.

Me too. I'm very intrigued by him, and it feels like they're building towards something. I hope that something pays off.

It's looking more likely Burnham is on her own, Saru pointed it out that there is no working relationship between them as Burnham has used him for her own reasons despite what she says in the past and present. If there is a planned mutiny, only Burnham would be in on it at this point.
    T6 Miranda Hero Ship FTW.
