The message is not that the server went down, its that you lost connection. This is caused by poor bandwidth at the server end.
Nope, far from the truth. It's actually very rare for the server to drop a client. The vast majority of times it is an issue with the customer's ISP or equipment.
I play in the UK, and I very, very rarely have issues, probably in the range of once in three months will I experience a server issue, and I don't use any of the Proxies.
