Loadout Issue

I'm currently trying to switch my ship loadout from my Disruptor build to my Antiproton build, but it's stuck on the Disruptor loadout. When I click my Antiproton loadout, nothing happens; it just stays the same. The Boff loadout and tray also do not change. It simply will not switch to my other loadout. This is on a Son'a Intel Battlecruiser.

Inventory has more than enough room to swap, and the items to be swapped are visibly in there. The Overflow Bag is empty, so empty slots is not the issue.

I've filed a Bug Ticket and a Request GM Ticket in-game, but they don't show up in my "View My Tickets" window, therefore I'm posting here.

TLDR:
My loadout is stuck.

Edit: Nevermind the specific ship. It doesn't work on any of them.

    Loadouts are now operating properly.

    Edit: Stopped working again.
