After completing the Vigilance episode chain, Yesterday's War isn't highlighted and I can't continue with the story. The only ones that I can play are the ones I've completed before. I am a Captain (31) and the required rank is commander.
Anyone had similar issues in the past?

    It has been awhile since I played through these missions. Try speaking to the KDF Temporal Agent to open up the story arc. He is located in First City and he stands opposite of the KDF security officer you would deal with for the Contraband and Tribble Carcass Doff missions.

    I think it's because Beyond the Nexus is part of the Vigiliance chain, but it's been on the featured episode until it got moved.
