How to set the fleet message of the day?

in Fleet Recruitment
I did this in the past, but with my new fleet, all I can do is write in the appropriate text box, and as soon as I log off it's gone. Is it bugged? Is there some dirty trick you have to perform?

    Fleet -> Information, and you can specify messages in fleet holding -> for each fleet building (fleet projects)

    Thanks for your reply, I found the text boxes where I can type in the messages, but they didn't stay there. Anyway, I managed to set my message finally, the trick was to click on something outside of the fleet window after I was done typing.
