  did you gather the gear sets from the reps? there is also the possibility that those are some of the costumes that are not in the uniform category.

  some of the rep costumes aren't, to change category you have to use the drop down on the heads tab.

  For some reason, you are allowed to fully mix and match helmets and armor sets. There are some cool combos that could be done if it was possible, but sadly it isn't.
