Right now I have 1 character out of 5 on my PS4 and the fleet for that one is "Iconian DireWolves" and my character name is Mewfii, a female trill

    FLEET STARBASE TIER ADVANCEMENT HELP

    I've been looking for in-depth detailed info on how to start. Where to go to start these tier missions and who do i talk with to initiate Fleet Starbase tier advancement.
    Can someone help me please???

    @solo022 The Fleet leader sets what Fleet ranks can manage fleet holdings. Only someone in the Fleet of that rank(s) can start any Fleet holding projects for tier advancement. Best bet, PM your Fleet leader and ask them to get some projects going. If that doesn't work, find a different fleet.
