    Bought 2 of the new 4 pack R&D packs and did nor receive the bonus packs in any of them. Is there an issue?

    has this promotional already started because i think the info is either misleading or im not reading it right?

    for the r&d pack it says "When you purchase a Research and Development Pack from the C-Store and open it, you will receive either 10 Lobi Crystals or Special Requisition Pack - 26th Century Heavy Dreadnought Tier 6 Ship, in addition to the Research and Development Pack"

    but for the bundle i says "Opening this Special Requisition Pack - 26th Century Heavy Dreadnought Tier 6 Ship will award one of 3 ships depending on the character’s faction" now the way i read it it says that im am going to get one of the ships
    by buying the bundle and opening all 4 packs

    i bought a bundle and i got neither a ship or lobi cyrstals?

    I am having the exact same problem myself, kinda disappointing isn't it?

    if you were garenteed one of the ships on a bundle i would have bought one for each of my 3 faction characters, but your not even getting the lobi crystals which is why i asked if it had even started as the article does not have a start or end date so i had just assumed it had started today

    Well I got an update for the game and the packs for R&D are now in the featured section of the store where I purchased them, I can't see why they'd be in the featured section after an update and with them posting about it unless it was supposed to be active. Perhaps it's server side and the items will show up later, perhaps they're delayed. If not they'll hopefully do something for those of us who took a hit.

    False information DO NOT purchase the R&D packs, I just 2000 zen and got nothing. If you wanted to TRIBBLE us over you just did a fine job of that. Will not fall this scam again.

    I do not recall it saying coming soon in the article when I first read it? so when will it be running now that allot of people have already wasted a bunch of zen buying the boxes

    It's amazing how they mess up on the information and now the article has been changed due their mess up, I wonder how much money was made off of this mess and how many got screwed out of a ship including me.

    Either way once it runs, please understand that the ships are not guaranteed to drop, you'll most likely get Lobi as the ship drop rate is abysmally low. Don't hold your breath and get your hopes up. Their drop rate is lower than a T6 Ship pack from Lockbox, for example.

    OK, fine. Still low drop rate. Just don't want people to think that a ship is guaranteed, as it seems some do. Just a friendly warning.

    Lol, you saying that @ambassadorkael#6946 messed a post up? Can't be!

    He has one job, but it seems "copy & paste" is not amongst his strengths.

    Not trying to be an TRIBBLE, but it seems everytime a console post is concerned, by law there has to be something incorrect with it (in its original state).

    Proof reading strongly recommended!

    Another pay-hundreds-of-dollars-in-HOPES-you-might-get-it ship? At least the Constitution class has the sentimental value to back up the financial sinkhole this promotion represents.

    This ship? A pair of characters have a quick conversation in the middle of the hallway next to a window on it, and all you see of it is a diagram in a background panel. Has pretty-much no value.

    For this ship to be worth it, it has to be an in-game behemoth; the I-Win button. An I'm-actually-getting-BORED-of-winning-all-the-time scenario, for it to be worth shoveling all our money into.

    Unless I'm wrong, and the drop rate is 99 times out of 100. Overall, it just needs to somehow be worth what's being paid for it.

    One quick question what is the real chance to get the ship pack - the wording makes it look like a 50/50% but i have been told in the past under other offers it is 99.9% LC and 0.1% the ship.

    it's around a 1% chance to pull the ship - and like any other form of gambling, the chance does NOT go up the more you open

    so whether you open one pack or one million, your chance is still only ever going to be that 1% to pull a ship​​

    this was a great way to say f you to the players.... the pc players begged for this ship for 4 years and they put it in a short run one time promo pack heaven forbid you work a job that requires you to leave the house for extended times.

    i think they would make more putting all 3 on the cstore i would buy the pack without hesitation rather than through the r&d promo.. hopefully they add them to either the infinity box or pheonix prize pool in the future.

    if they would of put these in the cstore as a 3 pack for 120.00usd they would of made more then sufficient money to justify it and made the player base happier at the same time.

    I would not recommend spending money on the R&D packs. You will NOT receive a ship.

    This article and promotion is very misleading. The article reads and alludes to that you get the ship with the 4 pack r&d bundle. You don't get it. I would really like this to be remedied and have players compensated for them not proof reading a promotion.
