Greetings,
Just noticed that when I equipped some of my ground kit modules, the stats are lower than those shown when I hover over them in my inventory. Also They seem to vary (sometimes significantly) depending on the map I am on. (Is this a scaling levelling thing?)
I have noted some stats from a few modules as an example. I am a level 60 Engineer with +90 Kperf on my kit frame and +50 kperf from traits. Specs are Temporal primary and commando secondary.
New Romulus - Mountain Pass:
MK 14 UR Beam Turret Damage = 17.9 x 4 while in inventory but drops to 15.4 x 4 when equipped.
Mk 14 UR Chroniton Mines Damage = 528 in inventory but drops to 455.1 equipped.
MK 14 epic Sabotage 13.8 disable time and 1,382.3 electrical damage in inventory but 1,121.9 equipped.
MK 14 UR Passive medical field restores 26.8 hit points per sec in inventory while 24.2 equipped.
Nimbus III:
MK 14 UR Beam Turret Damage = 18.1 x 4 while in inventory but drops to 10.1 x 4 when equipped.
Mk 14 UR Chroniton Mines Damage = 541.6 in inventory but drops to 400.9 equipped.
MK 14 epic Sabotage 13 disable time and 1,367.3 electrical damage in inventory but 990.6 equipped.
MK 14 UR Passive medical field restores 24.8 hit points per sec in inventory while 16.5 equipped.
Dyson Battle Zone:
MK 14 UR Beam Turret Damage = 18.2 x 4 while in inventory but drops to 15.6 x 4 when equipped.
Mk 14 UR Chroniton Mines Damage = 538.4 in inventory but drops to 464 equipped.
MK 14 epic Sabotage 13.8 disable time and 1,388 electrical damage in inventory but 1,127.6 equipped.
MK 14 UR Passive medical field restores 26.8 hit points per sec in inventory while 24.2 equipped.
The New Romulus and Dyson numbers are very close while Nimbus III is much lower, leading me to think it is a level scaling thing which is fine, but why are the stats so much worse when equipped, I would have thought they should be higher due to the kperf enhancements..

oh wait, you posted that. Um, look at the damage display in your power tray.

Thinking about it, the drop from inventory to equipped could also be a scaling thing. If the inventory tool tip shows the base/default stat but it drops when on a lower level map? If so, then I should see an increase in stats on some of the advanced/elite STF's. Will test as soon as I can.
