Temporal Agent not receiving Spec points

I just ranked up a couple times. My toon is level 56 and I don't seem to be earning any further Specialization points. This is also happening on my KDF toons as well. I'd like to know if anyone else is having this issue as well or if it is just myself. This makes getting some Temporal Agent rewards impossible if this is indeed bugged. I will edit this post again when I hit level 57 and see. Just hit level 57 and no spec point.

    I'm having the same issue with my KDF-aligned Romulan. No spec points at level 56 or 57.

    Not just happening with Temporal agents. I have just levelled from 57-60 and received no spec points.
    Star Trek Offline is currently online. We apologise for the convenience and are working to remedy the situation.
