How long till Cryptic accidentally shoots themselves in the head

They seem to shoot themselves in the foot often enough and leave it bleeding as the limp around oblivious that they have something wrong with them
They still have a fundamental flaw with the new Queue UI with not being able to sort Queues by difficulty and no featured Queues. You have to do a needless amounting of sorting and clicking to pick your personal preference for Queue difficulty and if you close the UI you have the repeat the dame steps all over again every time.. There are obviously a lot less people playing advanced and elite Queues even for the most popular ones and surely their metric shows that. No featured Queues as well you have to scroll half way down the UI to find the weekend event.
These are the lazy type of issues that could kill any game.
