I love Cryptic Studios They Listen to there players on what they want and they Deliver! Anyways with Privateer Lock-box on for couple of months now I thought I do a New Wish List since my last one 85% got granted so here is a new one.

Sooo you posted Ptolemy twice though the ptolemy is ingame already aka daedlus class or the pill bottle.
As far as the boxes you suggested the wolf359 one looks decent except for worfs sash drop that and you good to go

ICK!! not even good man there isnt much from the cage you could put IN a box save for maybe a unique bridge for federation starships.
The closest we have to the Federation is the Galaxy-X.
I wouldn't be opposed to some kind of Cryptic designed TMP era ships though. Really can't think of anything else from the TMP era that wasn't in the Undiscovered Lockbox. Unless they somehow make TMP style torpedoes. Or maybe a TMP variant of the Dreadnought they gave out in the Undiscovered Lockbox that is a different spec seat, like Command instead of Temporal. Ground weapons... maybe something inspired by the ST3 phaser pistol which evolved from the TOS design more than the one from Wrath of Khan, and maybe make either TMP era Klingon disruptors or that Nimbus slugthrower gun from ST5
The Wolf 359 Box would be nice... except we would need something for KDF and Romulans as well. Hell... use this to give the KDF their K'vort, and maybe have a Cryptic design for Romulans. For ship weapons, maybe remodulating Phasers like what the Enterprise-D used to break away from the Cube, with a chance at shield pen for the proc like Elachi beams. And for the ground that could bring in the TNG era phasers.
There isn't enough material from The Cage to justify a lockbox, especially since most of the stuff would be TOS anyways. Only thing of interest would probably be the Cage style uniforms and the pistol. Other than that... its all just TOS that we probably already have in game now.
I think the next Lockbox will be ... Tzenkathi .. or maybe a tier 6 upgrade for one of the old ones? Maybe the Voth?
I want the Norway. But I'm not paying a bloody penny for it from a lockbox. So'na ships on the other hand. I'd get their lockbox.
Norway and Yeager dammit... I still want my Typhoon and Jupiter though.

I like your suggestions, but I have a question. Why make the Freedom Class a T5 when T6 is more desirable?
What we need is a Undine T6 (Dreadnaught maybe) ... Strange how some of the lesser power races have some amazing T6 yet the poor Undine are languishing at T5
As for the OP: lockboxes don't do faction stuff for other factions, so if Fed ships would be included, you'd also need KDF and Rom ships of a similar kind.
with 2 mini nacelle on sides and single major nacelle in center/underneath reenforced plated top.
1 kenetic ramming lancer cannon, 1 kenetic-cutter beam array, 2 torpedo pods on front
and on the aft side (back) 3 turrets and 1 shield-draining mine pod, spread up to 9 cluster pods behind the ship.
design is highly manuviering turn rate, once the mine pods exploded that take shield away and turn to frontal attack with kenetic ion lance beam from cannon for destructive crit damages.

I'd love a Federation class DN, but sadly the Franz Joseph designs will likely never be in the game because CBS told them not only no, but never. But the tug would have possibilities....especially if you could mount the battle pods from Star Fleet Battles that turned the Tug into effectively a slow Super-Dreadnought for besieging starbases. .
