Every single thread I've ever tried to make hasn't shown up, so here's hoping this works.
I get wanting to make Queue groups, but if the system has been implemented properly (it has changed for a while now, so I'd assume so) , why can some people not see the chat group for 'Queue Group' when they're very clearly part of the queue group; it makes organizing anything with the system incredibly painful and difficult.
