Lifetime subscription sale not showing

I just noticed that right now there is a lifetime subscription promotion which started from the 22nd of this month.
According to the site there is a limited discount from $199.99 $100 so i want to get this chance and upgrade my membership but when i login with my paypal i noticed that the price keep stay on $199.99.
I don't want to spend 200 bucks for the subscription so i wonder if you have the same problem,is this promotion still live?

    You might have mis-read it, that is the discount price.
    bringing the price down by $100 to $199.99!

    The news article is called 'Lifetime Subscription Sale on PC!'.

    Lifetime Sub is normally 299, so the 199 IS the sale price.

    Hello again and thanks for your replies,yes i didn't read well so i apologize.
    Anyway i decided to update to lifetime subscription :)
