I know where it takes place, but did cryptic move them? Been there for an hour, and they don't pop up i just need this and pavyl for the accolade.

    The Klingons show up at the :30 Mark every other hour, which may be tied to your Time Zone. Be there on the arch waiting for them because they only show up for about 15 seconds. Click quickly.

    Pavyl is in his normal spot on the beach, though a few have reported him not there. Get the puzzle task, go immediately to the location as he will be there, clear the dialog, go back to Pavyl right away, get the next puzzle, go to its location, etc. You can complete him fairly quickly now. No waiting for midnight anymore in this land of the Midnight Sun. :)

    I believe the klingons show up every other hour at half past the hour.

    and only for a few seconds... which is dumb. should be up all day now that there are no nights. in the past they were up during day time and gone at night. at the very least they should be up for 5 mins and despawn for 10 and rinse and repeat...
