I am by no means space rich, but the difference in EC between a 50% vendor and the 40% from recycling with the replicator is nowhere near enough to justify the time spent flying to a different location for me.
yes, at the back of the main resort there are bank and exchange computers. Just in front of those are two vendors - one of which sells cheap entertainment rations.

If you're selling LOTS of space junk, the 10% is a big deal. Every little bit helps, especially when you're trying to build a new toon/account.
The point is, they have at least one 50% vendor at most locations - Why not Risa?
Yeah, most of the vendors (clothing, floater, powerboard) don't buy, they only sell. Bartenders don't buy, the DOFF vendor doesn't buy. Only the two commodities brokers buy things, as far as I can see on Risa.
Now a LTS and loving it.
Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.
I have come to the conclusion that I have a memory like Etch-A-Sketch. I shake my head and forget everything.
About the vendors- are there any other clothing vendors on Risa besides the main ones at the resort ? I have my eye on a couple shirts, but I can't find the open ones some of the ladies are wearing. Are the buttoned up ones the same as the unbuttoned ones ?
Speaking of Risa Vendors, doesn't it seem silly that the Risa Vendor and Tailor on the pier are just standing out in the open? Shouldn't they at least be in a hut? The Floater Vendor has a hut. There's plenty of unused, potential shop spaces around the resort they could be moved to even, especially in the Promenade.

Like all Commodities vendors, those only give 40%. Save the hassle of going to them and sell them to your replicator, since you'll get the same price for them that way.
This is an MMO, not a Star Trek episode simulator. That would make for a terrible game.

I think they are there because, at the time, they where easy to find, thou i concur, they should be inside, there is a lot of space inside the main hall for them to stay..

The open and closed Hawaiian shirts both come from the "shirt" box, I believe. (i.e, blue shirt box gives you blue shirt both open & closed.)

OK, thanks. The tailor menu doesn't make it easy to find the items once purchased. The shirt is in either the beachware seperates on off duty, and the risian beachcomber shorts are labelled something like rolled shorts. IIRC the shirt loses it's open option when chosen in the off duty catagory.
sigh, too bad shirt clipping is so horrible. It's like I've thrown away thousands of credits for these shirts , but luckily my monokini is so delish I keep going back to it.

It's only partly related, but I would like to see a infirmary / medical NPC somewhere on Risa. If you queue for ground next to your vacation activity you might get injuries but those aren't treatable on Risa.

Go to the Bartender and drink. You won't feel the injuries.

What kind of "stuff" we are talking about? Vulcan "entertainment" holograms??
Now what would a bunch of humourless b'tards like the Vulcans know about entertainment? Truly top-notch entertainment is the province of those who revel in decadence

They're holographic Vulcans programmed by Ferengi....

If you can't sell stuff to them....there are two vendors inside the building next to the bank/mail/exchange terminals, as Sheldon mentioned.
And isn't there a couple of bartenders over at the Promenade?

Either way, printing new EC is bad for the economy, recommend simply getting your EC from other players.
