Hopefully. The Miranda and Connie Refit share some common parts. The ship itself is already at T6 but albeit in a very costly, limited Temporal Ship that not many were able to get.

I personally don't think so. The Galaxy and Nebula also share parts, but the revamp of the Nebula came much, much later when the Phoenix came around. Since the connie refit is not it's own class and the temporal cruiser is already out I'm not sure that means anything.

I suspect the Cryptic designers never saw the Wrath of Khan- in the film, the Reliant fires dual beams from each side of the 'roll bar'.
When I equip them in game, they come from where the Torpedo launcher is located. Because the beams are so close together they only appear as one. I hope today's maintenance fixes that.
The Shi'Kahr skin for the Miranda looks positively badass though
