6 eng boff ability cruisers - what abilities do people use?

I never got into my Tac Command cruisers but got a top trait so moved on. Now with the embassy console nerf I thought about moving a tac from Yorktown to Presidio, looked at the boff layouts and the Yorktown is way nicer, and can say similar about Flt Arbiter, Eclipse and probably any lockbox cruiser.

Seems to me that EPtS, EPtW, A2D and ET are no brainers, then its fillers:

Warp bubbles - conflicts with grav well so useless for group pve
DEM and aceton - meh for a commander's skill, aceton makes suppression look good
A2Sif - cooldown with A2D, for me A2D doffed is a killer ability
Endothermic - fine but single target and shield oriented
Structural intengrity torp ability - its torps, its a single target, great for CCA and bosses iff teammates are torpists
EWP, boarding party - why do these exist?
Extend shields - fine for group healer role, anyone doing that?
Overload integrity field - another group healer one, decent enough but without effect on pets its not really worth slotting for solo
RSP - default selection, but OP when up and long downtime.

Yorkton model looks like it has a hangar bay, but none there for use.

I like EWP. And since you like A2D where you have increased mobility; it would work nice for getting the clouds where you want them. Plus there are a few traits that help buff it.

And in the last season, EPtE was nice for the Gravity Kills and getting those stupid bombs to the bases since you couldn't use full impulse.

But yeah, after the 3-4 no-brainers, you almost have to have an Eng/specialist seat to find that last power in Command or Intel or etc.

I've tend to find that my piloting leaves EWP being pretty unreliable. With so many buffs its tough to keep track of just how powerful a heavily buffed ability can be.
