What is the new heavy weapon that becomes available in the new PVE reputation system?

I understand from listening to Priority One that there is a new heavy weapon you can get through the new reputation system, but I can't seem to find it much less buy or craft it. Can you tell me what is is and is it in the store or is it a item you can build one it is unlocked?

    You get it in the Dilithium store its free

    It's a project you can unlock in Competitive PvE Rep once you reach Tier III.

    I know about the free one in the dilithium store. I was wondering that the rep heavy weapon is called.

    Heavy Escort Flak Shot Artillery comes from Tier III of the Competitive Reputation.

    Heavy Escort Hyperexcited Ion Stream Projector comes from the Dilitium Store.

    Heavy Escort Railgun comes with the Heavy Escort ships.

    Heavy Escort Dual Warhead Launchers comes with the Miradorn Theta Heavy Escort found in the Privateer Lockbox.

    I neglected the Miradorn which has a fourth different Heavy Weapon. Original listing updated.

    The T6 freighter ship in the coming R&D pack promotion offers a new heavy weapon as well. This one sets up heavy kinetic damage by reducing the target's resistance to kinetic damage. It should pair well with the kinetic damage console that comes with the ship, with the torpedo-based trait that the ship teaches, or with other special torpedo skills like the ones you get from Veteran ships and Tactical Flaghip traits, Command specialization, or Borg reputation.

    The last time I looked, the Miradorn was about 300 million EC on the Exchange. That's not that bad.

    May be speaking of the Amarie Smugglers Heavy Escort T6 in the latest R&D Promotion. That wouldn't be on the Exchange at all as the price it is going for is well above the Exchange Cap of 750 Million EC.
