hi all.how do I exchange items in my inventory with my other characters?

Account bank, which is given to you if you subscribe at least once, or pay $10 for, which is only $5 less than the subscription. Or, so long as you have at least 20 hours worth of game time on your account, you should be able to send items via mail box. On ESD there are two mail boxes location by the window in the Exchange area.
Some of the things you get with an active subscription that are permanent as follows:
- 10 Account Bank slots
- 6 personal inventory slots for each character every time they rank up. These are rewards retroactively rewarded to high level characters.
- 12 bank inventory slots for each character every time they rank up. These are rewards retroactively rewarded to high level characters.
- 1 Retrain Token every time a character ranks rank up.
Temporary slots you get when the subscription is active:
- 1 character slot. If you use it for a character when your sub ends you keep your character, but you are "renting" the slot. If you delete the character, then the slot disappears. When you buy more character slots in the future, then you will be buying the "rented" slot for the character.
- 5 drydock ship slots for each character. If any of the slots are occupied with a ship, then you are basically "renting" the slot. When a ship is moved to active duty, the slot will disappear.
