Not updating

Last night I tried to log in and the updater did it's thing for 2 hours.

I tried a clean install today (erasing, running disc cleaner, defragging etc.) Now the patch is stuck at 4% after receiving 188. mb.

Nothing is new on the computer and it was running good before the update. Support is not answering my quiery, anybody have any ideas. Intel I5 running a 1070 and an Asus motherboard.

    It's been like that for over a week now. It goes to 3% then stops. Tried everything. It just won't work. Been downloading today's patch (154mb) for the past 3 hours. Managed to get to 27%. It should not take more than 2 minutes...

    I've had this happen to me a few times what works for me is I go to options on the log in screen and change my patching proxy save that then patch game then put the settings back hope this helps

    And some times I change the gameplay proxy
