Torpedo overload and spread is messed up now.

Ok think on this... With the change to Torp buffs if you have a torp that has a slow CD the change "Next Torpedo in the next ten seconds" Unless you keep and eye on the timer and do not use auto fire you will not be able to get the overload or spread when you need it! Most of my torps have at least a 27 second CD! Yeah nice one guys!

    There is no next torpedo in the next ten seconds. It got removed after many valid complaints. You have 30 seconds to use a torpedo.

    The description on the power says 30 seconds. The patch notes are wrong they undid the change on tribble due to the complaints but forget to remove it from the patch notes.

    I was hoping they screwed up and just forgot to do the change so I kept my mouth shut.
