  New season and Redshirts are usually the 1st to be sacrificed

  
  
  Hello rubber banding my old friend, time to bounce around the battlezone again, where are all my bug reports going?, out of love with this game I am falling, As Cryptic fail to acknowledge a problem exists, Shakes an angry fist, And from Support all I'm hearing are the sounds of silence.

  When they don't need to use Tribble for extended testing for a new Expansion, Season, or half Season, it is the routine test server. Now that Season 13 has released (not terribly successfully, but besides the point) they don't need Redshirt, so took it off line.
  
  Now the Season 13 code is production, that codebase must eventually be migrated to Redshirt before they need it again. The current codebase on Redshirt is now out of date.

  Good joke we all know what happens to the redshirt.
  But it does not justify losing a character and a part of my account.
  Would only I liked the Redshirt part?

  Redshirt is not the game. It is a temporary test server for regular patches while Tribble is testing larger changes as part of a season or expansion update. The game is on holodeck. The other servers are for testing purposes only. I fyou did not want to lose access to that character, you should have made him on Holodeck. Period.

  I had a character on the Redshirt because it seemed to me that the firepower of the ships was more real compared to the Star Trek fighting and quieter to play; With fewer responsibilities.

  But I still have a concern:
  Will the button come back?
  Because since I had this account the button was always there.
