i see people going around using costume parts (face/hair) that are not in the character creator.
there is a certain group of people that have stolen the face/hair files from the TOS NPCs and are using it on their playable characters.
here are some pics these people post. you can see they are not boffs becuase they are on maps you cannot bring your boffs, these are all playable characters:

since these people keep doing this and post pics about it, is this actually ok to do?
because if this is OK to do them it should be known to everyone.

If there is nothing wrong with this, and it doesn't hurt anyone, then everyone should be allowed to do this. Life isn't fair, but games are supposed to be, at least in the rules. We can't have different rules for different people.
