Arc game play timer stopped working

I've been playing on Arc for almost 2 years. I'm disabled so I play a lot, but my Arc game play timer only has me playing for over 19 hours and it hasn't moved up at all. Is there something wrong or is that only for subscribers?

    Arc must be to Count in Backgorund Starts. Same with Steam or simlar
    Games From Destop Icons Starting most time not run the Arc or Steam Launcher !
    for sto you can logged in in chat write /played

    Thank you but i do as you recommend and the timer still does not move. It's no big deal really i was just wondering.
