Just broke down and bout the cross faction 3 headlights one for each race etc. Yamato is awesome but I'm wondering what console set would be decent for a Tactical tank?
My suggestion would be: leave the set in the bank. Fill SciSlots with FieldGens and that special particle console with additional [shhp]** bonus; its like 2 fieldgens in one slot. And in the Eng slot at least the special RCS that also has the [shhp]** bonus (one field gen in the eng slot, yeay ) + you want the extra turn with such a bathtub of a ship. Add 2 neutronium armors (best choice be the fleet versions from the dil base with the fancy extra of more turn or HP heal). Toy around with the slots that are left. And remember: What ever you choose, give it time to sink in. A new ship usually always behaves a bit stubborn. Get used to it before trashing it. Also: Borg are a bad testing ground for "how good are my shields" testruns.

Be aware that while with the right combo of ship, item and skill setup its possible to have a tac tank; the game and most players traditionally sees the engineer role there.
