Gaining Reputation marks from story arc missions

I'd like to suggest awarding a small amount of Reputation marks for completing story arc missions. Maybe like 5 Reputation marks per mission. These would start accumulating before level 50 (but couldn't be spent until then).

It only makes sense as our Captains are actually doing work that would gain them recognition in those mission's respective areas. Stopping the Borg advance in the Borg story arc? You gain a little bit of Task Force Omega reputation. Thwarting the plans of the Undine in the Undine story arc? You gain some 8472 Counter-Command reputation. Etc.

The most painfully obvious place this is shown is with Romulan characters. During their climb to level 50 they save the Republic from the Elachi, discover New Romulus, and recover the Sword of the Raptor Star among many other feats and tasks for the Romulan people. But when it comes to Romulan reputation, they are looked at like, "Who are you again?"

Again, it only makes sense that Captains should be getting some Reputation marks (it doesn't have to be a lot) for completing story missions. They should be acquiring some recognition for all the hard work they have done in these various areas.
