Hi!
First I have some questions regarding the game. I've started playing a month ago and my main character is level 52, Romulan and science officer Fed aligned. So far, I've managed to do well, but since I started the delta quadrant missions I feel like it's harder for me to survive, especially when fighting the borg. I would like to ask what's the best ship and build I could get to be able to survive longer and do these missions without dying once- at least!
I got also other questions but it's more for my other character that is Fed. I'm roleplaying her as someone from the Kelvin Timeline, I saw people getting the Kelvin Constitution, is it still possible to get one as of today? If so how and where?
Thanks in advance to the ones who will help me

Your Warbird can survive just fine. You may just need to grab an armor console for plasma weapons. Fleet Dil Mines offer some good ones w/ extra buffs if you got the fleet credits for it. Also some reputation shields that counter 'any' or plasma damage too. The MACO set is the original end game gear set and tailored to be anti-borg. The Aegis set is a nice defensive set too and can be found on the Exchange or crafted. Main thing Borg like to do is squish you with a plasma torp. Something like Fire At Will or a trail of warp plasma pretty much negate them.
For my warbird it's just too hard to maneuver sometimes, I tend to get stuck especially when I do the Breach, that's why I was thinking of purchasing a new ship. I'm not sure but I usually like science ships, I had an Intrepid class with my fed and really enjoyed it so I was more looking for a romulan ship that could be quite similar, easy to maneuver and a ship I can keep for some time. Any suggestions ?
I have another issue, the language of the game is set to french but for some missions it's badly translated and I can't do them properly. How can I switch the language to english ?
Thanks again for all the advices
Iconian is a rep set that'll take a while to get...Plenty of good free ship sets and Weapon sets that are great in the mean time (Quantum,Sol Defence,Braydon..ect)
I fly Romulan ships alot (specifically Science ships for all my toons)..Some places in the Breach require a bit of planning especially that wide turn..So far im liking the Romulan Multi Mission Ships. With their set bonus, they turn ok (Not Escort or Wells Temporal Sci vessel great)
https://sto.gamepedia.com/Surhuelh_Reconnaissance_Explorer_Warbird This one is my fav so far..I feel these ship turn just a hair Laeosa and feels more like turning the Rom DSD only doesn't quite feel as big.(The Consoles with these ships are fun)

The Romulans have finally received their own T6 science vessel. If you are a Romulan science captain and you want to command a T6 Romulan faction science vessel, then this is the ship for you. I've been waiting for this ship ever since the end of 2014 when the Delta Rising expansion introduced T6 starships.
#2 - Eternal Temporal Multi-Mission Science Vessel

This is a cross faction science vessel that any faction can use. If you have a science captain in each faction and you want the best bang for your Zen, this is the ship to buy. This ship was released before the Laeosa was made available.
The Eternal has one basic advantage over the Laeosa and that is it uses a warp core rather than a singularity core. That means your ship will have 200 power points to distribute between the 4 subsystems (before any bonuses) rather than only 160. The singularity core sacrifices 40 power points for singularity abilities. More power means your ship performs better. It also has a single hanger.
The basic disadvantages to the Eternal are:
A. It is not a Romulan faction starship
B. It does not have any singularity abilities
C. It cannot cloak
I have both ships. I bought the Eternal so that my KDF and Romulan captains can finally fly a T6 science vessel from the C-Store. However, because the Laeosa and the Naj'sov (KDF) Research Vessels were later released, I have not bothered to fly the Eternal yet.
DO you have the Romulan MMSV? How do you think it stacks up against the Leaosa? Personally I love singularity cores (Some give me 40 EPG points!!)

I'm waiting for a 20% ship sale on the MMSV mega-bundle, but I do have the Laeosa and it's a nice ship. You do need a fleet module to upgrade to the fleet version instead of it being 11-console "fleet level" out of the box.
I have both ships...I really Like the t6 MMSV for Roms..The set is kinda fun in the Tzenkethi from..or anytime you can grab a buncha enemies infront...and Boom.

I've got another issue and needing advice again So I'm trying to finish the "Assimilation" episode of the Borg story and I keep on dying when I fight the Assimilated Undine, I can't even kill one, before I die and the rest of my team follows. I have no longer issues in space but it's now in ground combat. I use mainly anti borg weapons for me and my boofs along with the remodulators.
Nope. Not yet and not for a while. There are at least 20 C-Store starships ahead of the the MMSV mega bundle on my buy list.
That's all it takes most of the time, some of my up and coming toons that aren't so strong or geared as well, I'll shoot the undine but make it a point to not do enough damage to pull the aggro back to me, run around rezzing my away team as any of em drop and eventually the undine goes down.
If you can afford it, equip your entire away team with TR-116Bs. Totally bypasses shields and the borg don't adapt to it. Last time I looked, they were running between 500-800K in the exchange, but if you managed to get a K-connie, then 3 million or so for TRs is chump change.
Well, there you have it. This will make them a lot stronger. My most important advice is that you give them a multirole purpose. Give them all multiple ranks of every key ability, and that even for each specialization. This allows you to change their abilities and put them in the order you want thanks to the multiple ranks (I through III).
But most important of all... it makes playing ground content with them a lot of fun. Naturally you can do this with all three classes should you want to also have Sci and Tac bridge officers.
Nephitis, I have three engineers, one Bolian green, one Andorian purple and one liberated borg purple. Should I still get a human one ? And also my character is also engineer trill joint. After I got two vulcan scientists one green and one blue and two purple tactics, one purple human and the other purple is betazoid.
So if you are looking for the best "free" added performance to be had from traits then human engineers is the way to go. Teamwork gives a teamwide bonus to exploit damage. Superior Covert gives valuable innate exploit damage. Superior Soldier provides very valuable innate critical chance and expose chance. This last trait is most valuable of the three simply because the innate critical chance allows to build a strong team tailored solely for crits.
And if all four of them have the "Omega" reputation armor set, they each get an additional innate 2.5% CritH. In addition, they also get an extra 2.5 CritH per ground team member, including yourself should you have the same set. When everyone carries the Omega set you and your BOFFs can have up to 25% CritH. What it is important to remember is that your and their turret/mortar fabrications seem to be affected by this chance to crit.
Unfortunately the Omega weapon is not among the best of AOE weapons because if its shorter range, but it certainly has spread fire and extra Borg damage.
And with engineers you can also get the DOFFs that provide a chance to spawn an extra generator, turret and mortar. All of this combined or even parts of it will more than likely create a significantly more stronger team than what you currently have.
