Just a suggestion but to make the library console in the captains quarters more useful and immersive for those of us who play STO as a role play game, could the library console be set up to review the various lore database chips we are issued, I appreciate we can see these In the accolades section but currently the library terminal is useless unless it has a mission specific requirement to use it

Eventually they could include many more things; I'm thinking about certain parts of the Wiki, character bios, maybe even some 'Trek literature'. We have the books on Bajor for example, and the previous lead writer published her own STO book iirc.
Maybe they could get her, or someone else, or even the community to write some novels or short stories that we could then read in our quarters.
With hundreds of worlds and billions of individuals, I'm sure there's some great authors to be found in the Federation. And if not, we can always turn to Klingon opera and include that
Indeed.
Though I'm assuming you mean the Ready Room? The Captain's Quarters aren't used for anything.
Bank access is indeed another thing that would be useful to have. We already have Account bank access, I think it would be great if they added regular bank, mail and possibly exchange consoles as well.
The library access could be accessible from the CQ as much as it could from the RR. In the show I think all captains where shown at some point checking out stuff from their CQ computer. Also the (I guess bathroom) door in the CQ would be a great place to access the tailor (or rather wardrobe/cloth replicator in that case).
