How do you use the Enviornmental thruster on the suit?

I'm currently running "Boldy they Rode," and the EV suit is driving me nuts. I just got around the crashed bird of prey and I'm hovering in the air with no idea how to move.

Aim mode helps on pc, similar for flying shuttles, I would guess an analogue stick can direct you as a mouse would on a pc

Never mind l figured it out. Its not that hard once you get it.
