How do l access that? It seems to be eluding me.

    On PC, open up the mission Journal (J key) and click the Available tab. It will be on that list.
    This is an MMO, not a Star Trek episode simulator. That would make for a terrible game.

    You should be aware that the amount of EC you earn visiting each of the listed planets varies depending on your rank. I have only done the tour with level 50 characters (Vice Admiral / Lt. General) because I know at that level I will receive 25k EC for each planet. Lower rank captains get less EC.

    Thanks 4 the heads up on that. I will wait til lvl 50 to run it.

    No need to wait, extra EC is extra EC. I think they were just pointing that out so you didn't get caught off guard when the reward didn't equal what some will say it is.​​
