[XBO] Duty officers can't "begin assignment"

Cross-posting in bugs... I can't start any doff assignments - including the ones displayed as "Ready" - regardless of which officers I have, equipment, supplies, etc. The only exception seems to be the Tal Shiar missions, which require the code item. What am I missing??

    Have you "completed" (received the rewards) your existing assignments? You can only have 20 on the go at one time.

    Yes, many days ago now. I have 21 completed assignments, 0 current. I did run 20 simultaneous assignments when the system first became available to me and maybe the game is just "stuck" thinking I'm still running them?

    Oh. I didn't realize that I had to manually collect the rewards!!! Stupid me...
