Not getting bonus as advertised.

Mastery bonus of 10% on shield hp of 35,500= 3550 not 1500 Cryptic,happens way to often in this game.It's sad when you nickel & dime us for bonus points.truly sad.

    What's the shield's base stat ? I checked on a combat map and got +10% (Reman covariant).

    Are you sure you're looking at the shield HP and not the hull HP? 35,500 seems quite a lot.

    What is the maximum shield capacity of the shield you are using?

    Base shields are 24,045,so still 900 hp light,just over 37,000 with all consoles equipped

    Well I checked my base shields & now makes sense,so my HO'KUUN Science vessell is at just over 37,000 & over 62000 hp,back to the drawing board,seems a little light for this class.

    If I were you, I would not be concerned with the shields at all. You are a romulan, you've got the Valdore console, and you don't even need to tank with shields in PvE.
