Question about The Arena of Sompek

I've played it a couple of times now on various toons and of all the times I have played, only once did it give any of my toons an event voucher. What is the criteria for obtaining the event token/voucher? 10 rounds, 20 rounds, 30 rounds? Or just participating in it once per day? Like I said, i've played it using several toons but only one has actually obtained the event voucher/token. Very frustrating to play the even for 30 minutes and not win a good GD thing.
What happened to those unique forum ranks I paid for?

    One voucher per day per account. Reward is account wide unlock.

    It's working as intended. You get ONE voucher PER ACCOUNT once a day for passing round 4. So in order to unlock the special item on your account you will have to play the arena 3 times on the same character.
