Can't copy character. Copy site says I have no toons (RESOLVED: Alternate Copy Page Found)

I just recently attempted to copy a character over to Tribble to do some math on the new ground changes implemented in tonight's tribble patch, but the site states that I have no toons to copy when I enter the character transfer page despite the fact that I have 11 toons on Holodeck. I have tried entering from the forums, and through the forum link on Arc, but to no avail.

    I'm also seeing the same screen when loading the character transfer page, whether through my browser or through the Arc client. Having six characters on Holodeck (and being able to copy freely the last time I regularly played/tested, which was admittedly around Delta Rising's release), this is a bit frustrating. Hopefully it'll get sorted soon! :)

    (Edit: I should note I am still able to actually access Tribble, and have a very old copy of one character still on the server. I'm simply unable to make 'fresh' copies with the latest progress from Holodeck.)

    (Edit #2: Could be a coincidence, but I just made a payment to upgrade to Gold (finally), and the Character Transfer page is now giving me the option to copy characters. So, possibly only Gold/LTS members able to copy characters, but everyone able to access the server?)

    I am experiencing this issue as well:

    Obviously, it is untrue, since I have at 4 VA level characters and am playing each of them at least once a day.

    Unfortunately, I deleted all my characters from Tribble before discovering this unfortunate fact and therefore, cannot test the content because I am not doing it with a fresh character with no gear.

    I am doing this through my internet browser.
    I have used both Safari on my Mac laptop and iPad plus an attempt to do it via Internet Explorer on my gaming PC.
    No matter which one I used, none of them showed anything different then the message pictured above.

    UPDATE: I've found the transfer page on the Arc client. It is in the Arc profile page on the right next to STO in "My Games". This page works correctly.

    It's nice to hear you found a solution that works for you.

    I must point out this does not work for everyone.
    Players such as myself who do not use Arc do not have access to the method you described.

    Fortunately, it looks like the webpage has been repaired, I can now see my characters and am about to attempt a transfer.
