How about a T6 Science Sov?

salvation4salvation4 Member Posts: 1,167 Arc User
Just thinking since the Sov is well and truely capabe as a TACT and ENGI ship how about a config for SCI or MULTI-MISSION with a hanger bay? Just like the Flagship bundle where you can get the flagships individually you can have a sov bundle in the C-store..

Thoughts???

Meh, if a player wants a sci-focused cruiser with hangar space they can always pick up the science-themed command battlecruiser. If they want an alternate sovy, they can choose between Command and Intel. I really don't see why we need to fill the space between those two options with a science Sovy. Why not a new ship? I love the Sovy but I do have to say "enough is enough."

Well, it, rather than the trio being Engi/Sci/Tac, they appear to be Command/Intel/Pilot. The reasons for having a pilot version are already well establish, and would create something new instead yet another science ship for the year. Might be interesting if the "T6 pilot assault cruiser" came with an 'enhanced' version of the console you currently can only get from the T5 Sovereign, as a alternate way of completing the 3-piece set without buying an outdated ship.

Buy an adyssey for more cruiser like science or Vesta for more combat like science. No need to make yet ANOTHER 30 year old design.
Nothing breaks the tension better than a tankard of warnog - except maybe a good brawl...

Think the OP just wants a Sci based Sovy, with a hangar...nothing at all to do with what ships are already available.

Not really an option as the Wizkids Enterprise NCC-1701 E (Repaint) with the code for the T6 Command Assault Cruiser was a limited production run. Though if people are willing to spend at least $75 a few of them exists on ebay. However, there is no guarantee the code has not been already used.

Kinda yeah..And the sov isint that old..Infact she was one of the last mainline flagshis we see from the movies..Also she is a good ol cannon ship...Some of the others which seem to be good arent all that cannon.. (I maybe wrong here)I have seen quite a few players running the sov as a tact or engi ship but yet to see a sci cap running a sov..As for hanger bay well yeah she kinda deserves one IMO..

This is just my opinion here..
