In a nutshell, I want to put one of my toons in the mission I am making, kind of as a joke, but recreating him (bit by bit) will take a long time. So I thought if anyone knew where the found data, like maps and actors you make, is stored on ones computer. My logic is, that if I do a uniform save and then move the screenshot from the sto/screenshot folder maybe, just maybe, I won't have to go all micro and fine tune everything.

To answer your question more specifically, there's no way to get your character's info into the Foundry. You're only option is to recreate it. In general, when Foundry authors want to transfer a costume in and out of the Foundry, we use screenshots. It saves you from having to remember all of your settings and if you can put the editor and screenshots side-by-side it goes pretty quickly.
"Critics who say that the optimistic utopia Star Trek depicted is now outmoded forget the cultural context that gave birth to it: Star Trek was not a manifestation of optimism when optimism was easy. Star Trek declared a hope for a future that nobody stuck in the present could believe in. For all our struggles today, we haven’t outgrown the need for stories like Star Trek. We need tales of optimism, of heroes, of courage and goodness now as much as we’ve ever needed them."

Unfortunately, that only ever existed on Tribble for a couple months, it performed no checks on import data and resulted in the editor crashing a lot.
There is a project export command which will basically dump all the data for a Foundry project into a text file, but no corresponding import command exists.
