How to claim your DOFF reward?

So I finished the Khazan Cluster assignment chain. It states you will get a blue Doff but I didn't get one. Also I don't see it as an option with Lieutenant Ferra.

    Did you do the Khazan Cluster renown mission? Its should be awarded after that.
    Definitely not an Arc User.

    You finished all 7 missions for that cluster? The 7th mission is called "Renown" and it will reward you with a rare Doff.

    You need to have a free Doff slot for it to appear in your Doff roster. Otherwise, I assume it will go into your overflow bag (there should be a button in the inventory window).

    I did the renown mission. I don't think I got the Doff but it might have slipped by my attention somehow. I hope the other cluster assignments will go better.

    Possibly in your overflow bag.
