Personnel Reward - "EMH Mk I" + "Law" + "Kobali Warfare Specialist" > does not open

Release Notes: October 25th, 2016

Episodes "A Fistful of Gorn," "All That Glitters," and "A New Warfare" have been updated so that players
can select a Duty Officer reward on replay.
If the player has somehow lost the unique Duty Officer granted on first play, the player will receive a
new copy of that Duty Officer otherwise, the player will receive a rare random Duty Officer.

Yes , you can obtain multible Copies of that boxes by playing these missions, they are stored in your inventory.

No , not a single Character on my Account (of any Faction or Race) was able to open any Box
when I receives a new copy of that Duty Officer Box, it did not received any Duty Officer of any rarity.

I made sure to have more than enough room.


Did anyone had the same problem ?

    I'm having the same problem with "Law", haven't gotten to the others yet.

    There are many "unique" things in STO - meaning - you can equip only one of them at the time... It looks like those special DOFFs are included...
    The only thing like that, that can be worked around is ground gear - you can equip unique items on different BOFFs/captain...

    Saber1973a, "Law" box description says if you already have "Law" in your roster, you will receive a random rate Romulus Duty Officer instead.
    The whole point of it being a reward for a repeatable mission is so you can get rare Romulus Duty Officers, while the "Law" you get for the first run is Very Rare Quality, not Rare.

    Is bumping allowed? This thread needs to be dealt with, not fade into the boards. Staff needs to acknowledge the issue and make efforts to remedy it, but they won't know if this becomes many pages deep into the boards.

    Yeah, the problem here has to do with the last sentence of the crate "random duty officer". The crate is trying to give you the unique duty officer even though you already have it, it isn't detecting that you already have that duty officer and it should be giving you the random one instead. And yes, I've tested this myself on PS4, doesn't work there either.

    What is needed to get some attention to the issue? Sadly PS4 doesn't have a way to file a glitch report from in-game, and its forum defaults to the PC forum, making it harder to get issues addressed.

    This issue is at least 2 months old without being even acknowledged as a "Known Issue" by Arc nor STO. It needs to get some attention, even if it is simply being listed as a known issue and a "We are looking into the matter" comment. I get that they can't fix every little problem instantly, but currently it seems like the don't even know the problem exists or are completely ignoring it because few people care.

    [Personnel Reward - "EMH Mk I"] and [Personnel Reward - "Kobali Warfare Specialist"] both fail to open as a replay award for me as well.

    I cant get Dominion Cadre from Facility 4028 mission replay on Xbox One. it doesn't appear in the reward options.

    I'm having this problem. I actually already have a Kobali Warfare Specialist that I transferred from another of my characters on my account...it was account based not character. But this new one I got i can't open even though the NAME of the specialist is different.

    I'd write a ticket if I even knew how. Doesn't even seem to be such an option directly on PS4, and that makes it harder to get help. Also, 3 months to address preiko's ticket, only to blame the players is plain stupid.
