Winter Event and level 7 Romulans

in Star Trek Online General Discussion
I know this is a stupid question, but, Where do lvl 7 Romulans go to find Q. Can't go to New Romulus, doesn't exist yet. Can't go to Q'onos, won't let you enter the system. There's nobody at the Romulan Flotilla. Confused.

    Going to Sol system. At warp 5 it may take a month or two.

    You can't get to SOL either, because Romulans have to pick an allegiance first at Level 10. And I thought you had to be Level 11 to even get in QWW anyway.

    The same place that Level 8 Romulans go. They get to Level 10, do the story mission that allows them to choose their allegiance, then they can go to Sol/Qo'nos.
    When you see "TRIBBLE" in my posts, it's because I manually typed "TRIBBLE" and censored myself.

    Oh, yes. Level 5. Level 11 is for DOFFing. I don't bother to go to QWW until I unlock DOFFing. Still Romulans can't get to QWW until they can either access New Romulus and/or chosen an allegiance so they can access from Sol or Qo'Nos.

    Confirmed, just made level 10, went to New Romulus, Spoke with Q, Dialog says minimum of LVL 5. Just another case of the Romulans drawing the short stick I guess. Along with unremovable Tovie.

    I have tried flushing khev out and airlock, beaming him into the heart of an active volcano, beaming him to the surface of a sun, getting him assimilated...the borg? gave him back O.o

    Nothing i have done gets rid of khev ...he keeps returning

    I think that it's all forgiven when you consider that Romulans get Superior Romulan Operative Bridge Officers and Romulan Battlecloak.

    Late to the party, I know, but what would happen if a level 5+ Romulan were to open the mission journal (J Key by default) click on the QWW banner and hit "Transwarp" on the info window that pops up?

    When doing AoY testing on Tribble, I was able to get my first AoY toon "stuck" in the wrong century following a similar path, so don't say I didn't warn you of you try this and it breaks your game.

    Nope. Transwarp button doesn't show up at all. Just the information on the event.
