Would you mind giving me feedback on my build?

Hello all, here is my new Fleet Archon Intel Cruiser build. I only PVE but still like to melt things as quickly as possible, while being able to take a punch in the face occasionally too. That's what I've tried to accomplish here. Please tell me if I'm way off or if there is something that will enhance phaser damage even more.

Main points:
Phaser damage, boosted by as many sets as I can cram in.
Use of some exotic damage abilities, as supplied by the sets.
Minor tanking for the occasional hard hitting enemy.
Aux to Dampeners for maneuverability.
Thanks!
Here's the build

Edit: Added my space and starship traits. Last starship trait is "Specialist Knowledge".

Don't let them promote you. Don't let them transfer you. Don't let them do anything that takes you off the bridge of that ship, because while you're there... you can make a difference.

My main is currently using a regular Archon and I use a broadly similar boff setup.

Transfer Shield Strength is a decent shield heal, but I personally like to have at least one copy of Science Team available since it clears a number of irritating debuffs/status effects, mostly things that jam sensors or confuse you.

I have some doubts about the utility of Reciprocity on a cruiser since I hardly ever see a "miss" notification pop up over my ship, but I hear it's quite powerful if it works for you.

I always keep a copy of Science Team on hand to switch to when I have an enemy like that. Hirogen, for example. As for Reciprocity, I don't have any very "scientific" studies, but it gets my Tactical Team and FAW to global cooldown pretty routinely without the use of DOFFS, so it at least SEEMS like it's good, performance wise.

Start with taking the third tick from your tac abilities off and take all of coordination protocols instead. Builds are largely preference but It would hard to argue against this suggestion. I saw that and stopped there.

I would immediately pitch the wide angle torpedo. Logical replacement being either the quantum phase torpedo for the 3-piece set bonus (exotic phaser damage!) or any decent KT photon torpedo because they hit like a targetable train wreck and will draw bonuses off the KT console 2-piece bonus you're already getting.

If you go with the KT torpedo, then I'd also swap out the temporal disentanglement console for the Counter-Command Multi-Conduit Energy Relay, which will boost all your weapons and pick up the 3-peice set bonus giving you the super turret mode.

I'd also tend towards the 4-peice Iconian resistance ship gear. It's boring, repetitive, and everyone uses it, but that's because its damn good for directed energy builds.

Here are some things you could change:
    1. Add epic embassy plasma consoles (epg or drainx)
    2. Use Iconian Reputation Gear (or Quantum Phase set instead, its the second best choice after the Iconian one and its for free)
    3. Use a Tac Ulti or Sci ulti skilltree, your skilltree is just not good. Personally i prefere the Tac Ulti builds. You could have a look at them at sto-league.com in our Assault Cruiser post as example.
    4. Like nikeix said, use the quantum phase torpedo instead
    5. You could think about using the Shiptrait "All Hands on Deck" (from Tactical Command Cruiser)
    6. All the fancy Personal Reputation Space Traits like: Fluidic Cocoon, Inspirational Leader,... we have a list at sto-league.com published :)
    7. Space Reputation: Aux Power Configuration Offense, Energy Refrequenzer, Advanced Targeting Systems, Precision, Enhanced Armor Penetration

    Hope that helps a bit.

Was reading the League beginners guide. Needs a few small updates as it has references to the old skill system still (9 points in flow). The choice of lobi consoles has also gotten a bit more interesting since then. In the traits list I'd guess the new K-13 improved beams training trumps Beam barrage now for many builds.

    A great introductory read :).

some of the things should be fixed but i guess it will need more work. But i guess even than its a pretty good start and could help a lot :)
