How do you get help when something goes wrong?

I accepted a Borg Red Alert. When I warped in, I got a message in chat saying that one of the items in my loadout was missing.

My Red Matter Capacitor is GONE.

How do I get someone from the Arc to help me?

There is the in game ticketing system (it is found under the question mark on your mini map), although I do not think it works. I've submitted several tickets and I can't even track them and none have been answered.

At the bottom of the Forums Main Page (for STO) there is a "Support" Area. You could post in there maybe? Not sure if it is only for PC or not...might help if you give as much information as possible (maybe even a screenshot if you have one). Hope you get your help and your problem fixed.

I'm never going to get it back, am I? I had to open a lot of those stupid phoenix boxes to get the right level to redeem for it. Other than the upgrades, it was almost the only worthwhile prize.

It's such a great device to slot and use.

All I can say is contact Customer Service...in whatever way(s) you can - but don't rely on the ingame ticket system - it's known to be borked and just lose stuff. Worse case, you don't get it back - *but* you for sure won't if you don't try....

The last time I contacted Customer Service, it didn't take too long to rectify the situation. Though it did take a few interactions to get the desired outcome.
Sometimes I think I play STO just to have something to complain about on the forums.

Nope. Don't worry, it's not that great anyways.

Well, what else would you recommend to put in a device slot if it's so lame. There really isn't much that doesn't require grinding or constant crafting to keep in inventory, not to mention the actual inventory slots necessary to hold them.

I'd welcome your suggestions to replace something I liked using - if you have one, that is.

Probably a consumable called a battery energy amplifier. Or another battery amplifier that boosts whichever category you're focusing on.
When you see "TRIBBLE" in my posts, it's because I manually typed "TRIBBLE" and censored myself.

Well, here's the most random solution...I found it in the device slot of another ship in inventory that I hadn't used in a while. I would never have even thought to look there, but was moving some equipment into longer-term storage from my bank.

How or why it ended up on that ship...mindboggling.

Iconians! You are now in an alternate timeline...

...and grats. The RMC is a truly wonderful device.
