  if you dig really deep into the romulan sub-forum I recall someone went into a great bit of detail at one point to get uniform codes for the RR bellhop ones. Even managed to figure out which divisions used the blue and such

  Considering RR were basically guerillas not that long ago, and are still building up, I don't think they stand too much on spit, polish and exactly-per-regulation uniforms... May even see it as a sign of Tal Shiar leanings.
  
  I still put mine in default flotilla uniforms most of the time, I actually quite like the look.
