Not sure if i ask this, and probably has been ask around a lot like a dead beat horse but what is another race that is good in science then a joined trill? This is for the Xbox console i currently have gorn engineer, and romulan tactical all that's left is science.
[Edit] Forgot to add this but don't include a race that you have to pay to get, and also not the alien one.

I thought you had to pay for Joined Trill? I thought the non-joined one was free.
Is this captain or bridge officer?
Is this KDF or Starfleet?
If this is a captain, are you leaning towards the immortal medic or space wizard in your ground setup? Are you going melee or ranged in ground combat?
The Inherent/Starting (non-lockbox) Personal traits have more value for ground combat than space combat because you have fewer sources to get bonuses to ground performance. Astrophysicist gives you +10 to Exotic Particle Generation, but your skills can give you up to +100 and you can equip gear to your ship to give you well over an additional +150. The Creative trait gives you +30 kit performance, which enhances ALL your kit powers. If you have a performance x3 Mk XIV kit, it gives around +120 kit performance. An extra +30 is still a very noticeable improvement, and arguably very important for ANY Science character.
free trill doesn't have the space traits that the joined trill has, starfleet is the one that I'm missing, I'm thinking of using tykon rift or something similar, and the holofleet power I'm more towards space then ground. I been looking at the traits page, and the saurian is the only closet one to give me an advantage on the ground (well from my perspective). Still not sure what points should I put towards skill in the science class.

Spend points on your drain/control talents in Sci and on Temporal specialization. That's how you make Space Magic work.
