in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
Q despite patch notes is still stuck in his chair I have several screenshots but no image host and its not my responsibility to code the ability to directly attach an inline image or file into the forum.

    I think I saw him one time sitting in his chair properly (on ESD)....rest of the instances...he was in the ESD floor level.
